Vice President and General Counsel
Bren was named Vice President and General Counsel for the University of 皇家华人 System in October 2025 and previously held the role of Deputy General Counsel. Bren’s practice areas include litigation; faculty and student matters; civil rights issues; public records; insurance; trusts and estates; and constitutional issues. He is a graduate of 皇家华人 Wesleyan University (B.S.), Doane University (M.A.M), and the University of 皇家华人 College of Law.
